R. G. Tec Securities, Inc.
R.G. Tec Securities Inc. was incorporated in North Carolina in the 1991 and focused on construction in Granville, Durham, and Wake counties in the Raleigh-Durham market. In late 2003 we made a major push to the coast, expanding to Brunswick County N.C. and in early 2006 we moved into the Lake Gaston area in Northern North Carolina near the Virginia border. We currently have several major developments in the works spanning from Lake Gaston to the coast.

Ron Greger - President
Ron was born in Charlotte, N.C. and graduated from N.C. State University with three degrees in forestry and engineering. He started a framing contracting firm in 1982 and was involved with several major projects. In 1991 he started R.G. Tec with Tom Colopy and in 1996 he started his first development firm. Ron is now involved with 5 total development firms, covering all facets of development from residential to commercial.

Tom Colopy - V.P.

Tom is a graduate of St. Joseph’s College in Rensselaer, IN and is a decorated U.S. Army Viet Nam veteran. He was married in 1971 to JoAnn who is currently a school teacher in Raleigh, and they have 8 children. Tom's career started as a sales rep for Anchor Hocking Inc. His building career started in Lancaster Ohio in 1976, where he built for 8 years until moving to Raleigh, N.C. in July 1984. In Raleigh, Tom was a residential contractor, a structural contractor for N.C. State University student housing, and did commercial work for GAP and Mitchell Salons. Tom joined Ron in forming R.G. Tec in 1991 and remained in the Raleigh market until late 2003, when he moved to lead the newly expanded operations in Brunswick County N.C.
